If you want to feel refreshed when you wake up and have the energy to face the day, here’s what you need:

Wake up naturally

Wake up naturally. Don’t use an alarm clock or any other device that helps you get up in the morning, because this will only disrupt your natural circadian rhythm. Instead, try getting out of bed as soon as it’s dark outside and take some time to enjoy the night sky before going back to sleep (or at least lie down).

When you wake up later than usual from sleeping late on vacation or an evening out with friends and family—and when it’s time for breakfast—try having a cup of coffee instead of eating right away. This will give your body enough time for digestion before starting work on the day ahead!

Early

  • Wake up early.
  • Go to the gym.
  • Take a shower, eat breakfast and drink some coffee (or tea).

Put on your IZZY yoga pants

You should always wear a shirt, jacket and hat when you go outside to the mall or wherever. But if you want to be extra prepared for the weather, put on some sneakers too. And don’t forget about your watch! It will help keep track of time so that when it gets dark outside and it starts raining or snowing at night (which happens every winter), there won’t be any surprises where you are in relation to when sunset happened yesterday/today/last week/last month etc…

Shower

  • Take a shower
  • Wash your face
  • Wash your hair
  • Wash your body (including underarms and feet)
  • Wash your hands (best done with soap or lotion)
  • Go to the gym
  • Go to the gym.
  • Get a good workout and stay hydrated while you’re there, but also make sure you eat healthy foods and get enough sleep when possible.

Cook a healthy breakfast

  • Eat a healthy breakfast
  • Eat a protein-rich breakfast
  • Eat a breakfast that will keep you full for the rest of the day
  • Eat a breakfast that will help you lose weight

You will feel great when you wake up.

You will feel refreshed and ready to face the day.

You will feel ready to take on the world, which can be a scary thing if you don’t know where your feet are going or what exactly is going on in your head at any given moment.

Conclusion

I’m a night owl. I love sleeping in, and I usually wake up early. But not always! So when I do wake up early (and it’s not just because of an alarm clock) here’s what I do:
