  • Products must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order, in the same condition they were delivered, unworn, unwashed, with all tags (including the price tag) attached.
  • Underwear (e.g., sports bras) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • Socks can be returned only if they are sealed in their original packaging.
  • Aramex will pick up the return and deliver it to our production team for inspection.
  • Refunds are only processed via bank transfer. The refunded amount will be sent within 14 days of receiving the product and will be reduced by the shipping fees.
  • For store purchases, returns require the original receipt.
  • For online orders (from izzyapparel.com), you must provide your order number, found in your confirmation emails, to receive a full refund via bank transfer.
